Our internship program is designed to provide college students real-life work experience that directly correlates to their field of study while making a valuable contribution to our organization. High performing interns may have the opportunity for future internships or full-time opportunities with DST Systems.
We are dedicated to finding top talent with bright futures through colleges and universities and placing them in new graduate level positions. Each year our talent acquisition team represents us at job fairs and campus events locally and in surrounding states. These events coincide with Fall/Spring semesters in order to successfully recruit May and December graduates.
Each year we work with local alumni groups from various colleges and universities to provide opportunities to existing students that may come in the form of scholarships, corporate guest speakers or providing tours at any one of our locations. Additionally, we are committed to attracting top alumni talent from these same colleges and universities who have been in the workforce. Through a variety of networking events we encourage alumni to visit with our recruiters to learn more about us in a casual, social atmosphere.
