Hiring Process

Hiring ProcessWhat to Expect

You’ve decided that DST is a good fit for you. Now what? What can you expect from the application process – beginning to end?

Candidates
Candidates may search open positions using specific criteria, and/or submit to the general population for consideration. To submit your resume, please visit our applicant system. We do not accept video-based resumes. You may submit to a specific posting or for general employment consideration.

Agency/Firms
Your firm or agency must have a current contract with DST. A requisition number and information regarding the open position will be provided by a DST representative. Note: any resumes submitted without a written contract will be considered the property of DST and, if the candidate is hired, no placement fee or other payment will be made to the firm or agency that submitted the resume.

If you have been contacted by a DST recruiter and provided a job posting number, candidates/applicants may be submitted through the Agency Submittal.

You’ve gone through our application and screening phase. Now what?

To ensure we are aligning our corporate needs to your individual needs, you will participate in an interview process. A recruiter may contact you to discuss your resume or curriculum vitae to discuss your experiences, interests and requirements. You will have the opportunity to learn additional information about the position and what it’s like to work at DST.

You may be invited for an interview with other internal resources for a more in-depth discussion of the job, your skills and experiences. The type, number of interviews and interviewers, length, and complexity of questions will vary depending on the specific position for which you are being considered. Your potential manager or colleagues are among those who may be conducting your interviews.

Our interviews give you the opportunity to share detailed information about your work experience and how you have performed in previous work-related situations. In addition, we’ll ask you about your interests and give you an opportunity to inquire about our organization and career opportunities.

Thank you for your interest in DST.  To check the status of your application, please log in to our applicant system.
